David Kane is the Operations Sector Lead & Specialist for the UKTI Financial Services Organisation. Prior to this he has spent the last two decades within Financial Services. During this time he has successfully lead a global project at Barclays Capital to implement a multi-asset class training Academy, helping to reduce attrition and retain top talent, as well as reinforcing and increasing learning opportunities within the organisation. David is an experienced BMO professional who has been in Banking operations for his whole career. He has worked as a trainer, project manager, business analyst, derivative specialist and client services manager. He is currently leading the Financial Centres of Excellence Initiative at UKTI promoting the UK’s regional strengths in the financial and business services sector as a catalyst for retaining and attracting further investment
