Lord David Puttnam CBE, FRSA is a film producer who was created a peer in 1997. He is a fellow of the World Economic Forum, Davos, and was President of UNICEF UK from 2002-09. He is also Deputy Chair of Channel 4 and Director of Enigma Productions Ltd. He is also the Prime Minister's Trade Envoy for Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia
