Claire coordinates trade missions for UKTI Yorkshire & Humber region by working closely with the mission leaders.
She liaises with the teams overseas to ensure that activities are in place for the clients when they visit, manage the booking process with the clients, prepare a useful information pack for the clients to use, arrange the travel and accommodation for the mission leaders, provide support during the mission if required, arrange pre mission briefings, work with the marketing team to advertise the missions, collate all the information for the mission brochures and process eligible grant applications.
