Amelia Rope is CEO and Founder of Amelia Rope Chocolate. She started the business in September 2007 with her original bespoke chocolate products; hand made truffles and crystallise chocolate dipped flora. In September 2010 she launched her first single origin chocolate which came her product to market. She retails in stores such as Fortnum & Mason, Liberty & Selfridges and now sells to 5 countries.
