Jamie Sefton began his career in the games industry more than 15 years ago as a writer and editor of magazines and websites such as Arcade, CVG, Official PlayStation Magazine and PC Zone. Jamie is now the Managing Director of Yorkshire and Northern England games business network Game Republic (www.gamerepublic.net), in its 13th year and featuring more than 60 game developer, affiliate and university members. Jamie also consults on various games projects and organises events around the UK, with recent clients including Creative England, UK Trade & Investment and the Leeds International Film Festival.
